Anthony Vittiglio II
Anthony Vittiglio II is a Principal Member of Deneweth, Dugan & Parfitt, P.C. Anthony concentrates his legal practice on complex commercial and construction litigation and transaction matters involving real estate, construction, surety, and general corporate affairs.
Anthony routinely represents and advocates on behalf of contractors, owners, sureties, builders, subcontractors, and material suppliers. He has negotiated and drafted contract and subcontract agreements, change orders, corporate formation, joint venture agreements, teaming agreements, liquidation and pass-through contracts, and other contract documents. Anthony plays an instrumental role for his clients in all aspects of the construction process. He has handled claims in arbitration, mediation, and civil litigation involving complex claims, change order disputes, design errors and omissions, construction defect litigation, bond claim defense and prosecution, construction lien foreclosure, project consulting, and straight forward collection matters.
