Anthony Vittiglio II
Anthony Vittiglio II is a Principal Member of Deneweth, Dugan & Parfitt, P.C. and concentrates his legal practice on commercial transactions and litigation matters involving real estate, construction, surety, and general corporate affairs.
He routinely represents and advocates on behalf of businesses, contractors, owners, sureties, builders, subcontractors, and material suppliers. He drafts, counsels, and negotiates contract and subcontract agreements, change orders, real estate agreements, entity selection, work-outs, joint venture, teaming, liquidation and pass-through contracts, and other legal documents. Anthony assists in all aspects of the construction process. He has prosecuted and defended claims in arbitration, mediation, and civil litigation. Commercial contract claims, change order disputes, real estate transactions, design errors and omissions, construction defect litigation, surety representation, construction lien foreclosure, bond claims, project consulting, consumer claims, and straight forward collection matters compose his practice.
