Biography
Matthew C. Herstein is a Partner with Deneweth, Dugan & Parfitt, P.C. where he focuses his legal practice on construction, surety and commercial litigation, as well as real estate and corporate transactions.
Mr. Herstein has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and sureties in all stages of construction projects. He has assisted his clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, change order disputes, recording and foreclosing upon claims of lien, pursuing and defending payment and performance bond claims, and many other construction related matters. As a part of his practice, Mr. Herstein routinely takes part in civil litigations, arbitrations and mediations.
Mr. Herstein strives to make his clients' interests paramount while assisting them in resolving their disputes in a cost-efficient manner.
