Anthony Vittiglio II is a Principal Member of Deneweth, Vittiglio & Sassak, P.C.. He concentrates his legal practice on all aspects of commercial law, disputes, and transactions that primarily focus on construction and real estate matters.

Anthony advises and counsels in all issues of real estate development and construction. He represents public and private owners, developers, contractors, suppliers, sureties, and others in the preparation and negotiation of various agreements of all kinds and levels of the project tier. He advocates for his clients in matters of bid contests, equitable adjustments, change order claims, scheduling adjustments and delays, differing site conditions, lien and bond claim and defense, poor workmanship, and non-payment. Anthony's practice also focuses on commercial law in the areas of partnership and shareholder disputes, asset and stock sales, non-competition and restrictive covenant litigation, loan work-outs, secured transactions, and routine collection matters. Anthony possesses extensive experience in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Michigan.
