Mary A. Allor focuses her legal practice on commercial and construction matters, as well as real estate and corporate transactions. She grew up working in the construction community, and she has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers through various stages of construction projects. She has assisted clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, payment disputes, and many other construction related matters. Ms. Allor continues to assist clients in real estate and corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and business formation documents, including, but not limited to, purchase agreements, commercial leases, construction contracts, subcontracts, and operating agreements.
