Mr. Kahn focuses his legal practice on commercial and construction matters. He represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers through every aspect of a project and the construction business. This includes, but is not limited to, negotiating contracts and change orders, payment disputes, and lien and bond claims. Mr. Kahn has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and at various administrative hearings.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Kahn also assists clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, real estate and corporate transactions, business formation documents, including, but not limited to, purchase agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts, commercial leases, and operating agreements.
